General Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New members are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription if they are not satisfied with our service. This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers.
After the 14-day window, all fees paid for membership subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, as described below.
When Refunds May Be Granted
We may grant refunds in the following situations:
1. Within 14 Days of Initial Subscription
New members may request a full refund within 14 days of their first subscription. This applies regardless of reason, though we'd appreciate any feedback to help us improve our service.
2. Duplicate Charges
If you are mistakenly charged multiple times for the same membership, we will immediately refund the duplicate charges.
3. Service Unavailability
If our service is unavailable for an extended period due to technical issues on our end, we will provide a pro-rated refund or extend your membership accordingly.
4. Unauthorized Transactions
If your account is charged without authorization, we will immediately issue a full refund upon verification.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies, major life events, or situations beyond your control. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Non-Refundable Items
- Membership fees after the 14-day guarantee period
- Renewed subscriptions (the 14-day guarantee applies only to initial subscriptions)
- Setup fees or one-time charges
- Purchases made through third-party platforms
- Services where you have violated our Terms of Service
- Payments for additional features or upgrades that you have actively used
How to Request a Refund
Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide Information: Include your account email, subscription details, and reason for the refund request
- Review Process: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- Response: You will receive an email notification regarding the decision
- Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days
Important: Refund requests must be submitted from the same email address associated with your GFluence account. Requests from unauthorized emails will not be processed.
Cancellation Policy
Automatic Renewal
Membership subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

Effective Date of Cancellation
When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to all paid features until then. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of the current billing period.
Reactivation
You can reactivate your membership at any time. Note that pricing may have changed since your cancellation, and current rates will apply.

Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit cards: Refunded to the same card
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
- Bank transfer: Refunded to your bank account
- Cryptocurrency: Refunded to the wallet address used
Please note that the time it takes for refunds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. For credit/debit card transactions, this can take up to 14 business days.
